One price covers everything the product does for a system: entry and import, the calculations, the state form, the deadline calendar and the retained archive. There is no separate charge for a form, a state, or a filing.

3 rates. Each system is billed at its own band’s rate.

Each system is billed at its own band’s rate: the first 2 at $79, systems 3–9 at $49, and every system from the 10th on at $39. Adding a system never changes what the others cost.
Trial
The whole calculation, free, before you decide anything.
What the trial includes
- Every reading, every calculation, every check. Nothing about the computation is withheld or crippled.
- No card to start. Signing up is a link sent to your email and nothing else.
- All 33 states we carry, and every form on them.
- Forms generate with a DRAFT watermark until you subscribe. You can see exactly what you would file; you cannot file it.
If a subscription lapses
- The filing archive stays readable — every filed snapshot and the readings behind it.
- Export stays available. Your readings are your legal record and they leave with you.
- What stops is generating new forms. The history is untouched.
A filing history is the operator’s record of what they filed and when. Holding it back to force a renewal is not something this product will do.

Entry and import
Type the month, import your own spreadsheet or a lab CSV, or photograph the log sheet. Everything imported waits in a review grid until you confirm it.
The calculations
Running averages, residual chains and the checks your state’s rule defines, in deterministic code. No model touches the arithmetic.
Your state’s form, filled or laid out to copy
The file the state published, filled with its formulas and layout preserved, where we can write into it; otherwise a worksheet of your readings that names the form it copies onto. Each state page says which. The form id, revision and retrieval date print on the output.
The deadline calendar
Every system’s next due date in one place, monthly and quarterly cadences alike, with email reminders ahead of each one.
The retained archive
Every generated version kept with the readings behind it. A correction creates a new version rather than rewriting the old one.
Export, always
Readings and filings out in an open format at any time, subscribed or not. There is no exit fee and no export gate.
